Projects and Entities that TPC Supports with people and resources:

• Christian Crisis Center of Alexander County - Monthly food collection
• Domestic Violence Support - Quarterly collection of items and funds for our 2 local DV Shelters
• Scouting America - Cub Scout Pack 272 and Scout Troop 274 serve girls and boys of all ages and are chartered by TPC
• 957 Mobile Cafe - Monthly volunteer cooking and serving of meals and budgeted financial support
• Narcotics Anonymous Meetings - Weekly meetings (Wednesdays @ 8pm) of the longest continuously meeting NA group in North Carolina
• Summer Mission Trips - Each summer we travel within a few hours of home to serve for a week in another community
• Rotary Backpacks of Food - Budgeted financial support and regular volunteer help
• Pennies for Hunger Monthly Offering - this funds hunger related grants across Salem Presbytery
• Habitat for Humanity - Budgeted financial support and periodic feeding of volunteers
• Camp Grier - PCUSA affiliated summer camp in Old Fort - Budgeted financial support
• Hosting of Taylorsville Rotary Club
